28ft Pontoon Rental Overview
Our 28-foot Pontoon Boat rental is a popular boat among the locals. This pontoon is usually reserved well in advance due to its large size and sleek looks, so be sure to make a reservation early!
Can carry up to 12 passengers* or up to 2045 lbs. combined, whichever comes first.
*Children count as a passenger, per the US Coast Guard regulations
Equipped with 4-stroke Yamaha 90 HP engine
Minimum of a 4 hour rental
Driver must have boating experience, as our harbor & waterways are very busy. If driver has no experience, we recommend hiring a captain or booking a chartered captained trip through another vendor.

Rental Details
*Please note, the primary driver must be at least 21 years old, have a valid ID, cell phone, & credit card. If the driver is born on or after January 1, 1988; they must present a Boater's Safety License. If you don’t have your Boater’s Safety License and you need it, there are 3 options (there is a fee):
- Online Temporary Boater’s Certification
- Online Lifetime Boater’s Certification
- On-Site Temporary Boater’s Certification**

Restrictions:
● Pontoon Boats cannot go into the Gulf of Mexico & the East Pass. Rental equipment is to be used in Choctawhatchee Bay, Santa Rosa Sound, and Inland Bayou’s & Waterways of Okaloosa County, only.
● Boats cannot be used as a shuttle.
● Those who were born on or after Jan. 1, 1988 can operate the boat but are required to take a Florida Boaters Test. If you were born before Jan 1, 1988 you do not need this license. The test is available on-site for $3 or you can take the test online from our website and a link will be provided in your confirmation email.
● Driver MUST speak English proficiently.
● The person who books the pontoon boat must be at least 18 years old, have a valid drivers license & credit card. The person driving must be at least 21 with a boater’s license unless they were born before January 1, 1988.
● During this rental you will be responsible for captaining your own boat and must have the experience and/or skill to do so.
● Glass bottles or similar items are strictly prohibited on the boat.
● Silly string is prohibited.
● BBQ Grills are prohibited.
● Towables are prohibited.
● Generators are prohibited.
